The Living area leads into the extended Kitchen area. The back portion has extension of 15 feet x 35 feet which is suitable for buffet dinning. There is also a side courtyard which is suitable for outdoor Dinning and BBQ. The place is suitable for Family gatherings and also specially suited for Wedding Function like "Chut Men" and Chinese Tea Ceremony.

Homestay owners - Beware of Airbnb

Homestay owners beware of Airbnb for not paying you even after customer check out. Airbnb has been delaying my friend's payout,  she is a Host at Airbnb until 28 days and no payment received. The reason is their payment system failed on a particular day and no host was paid. After checking with the Bank it was found out that Airbnb only send them the payment advice after 28 days.

Beware of Airbnb. Recently, I have a check in a customer on 14 Feb 2019 from Airbnb. Airbnb informed that Reservation is confirmed and accepted for check in. After customer check in and check out, I message Airbnb for my payout. Airbnb said that they cannot process my payout. They have not yet received payment from customer. Hence they will need to collect the payment from the customer first. I can wait until the cows come home or until the customer pay them.

Airbnb is very unethical. Airbnb's duty is to ensure payment is collected before advising Homestay owners to check in customer. Here we have Airbnb advising Host to check in customer, then holdup Homestay owners payment as they did not collect payment from customer. Homestay owners beware of your payment from Airbnb.

Homestay in Hoi An Ancient Town in Vietnam

Homestay are the place to stay when you are in Hoi An Ancient Town in Vietnam. We stayed at Quynh Chau Homestay. Most Vietnamese Homestay are operated as a family based business. This homestay which I stayed has 4 storey and each floor has 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The Ground Floor has a reception area and an indoor dinning area and a outdoor dinning area.The Vietnamese Homestay operator will cook breakfast for you. You can choose western breadfast or Vietnamese noodles, both comes with Vietnamese coffee or Vietnamese tea. The homestay operator is very hospitable and friendly. They can also arrange a van and driver to take you around to tourist areas or recommend where to have a good meal.

The Homestay is walking distance to the Hoi An Ancient Town. Here you can find streets after streets of shops selling ladies wear, men's wear, children wear, t-shirts and souvernirs. They also have Cafe, Coffee shops, Noodle Shops, Restaurants, street food by the river, lanterns, Pubs, tourist stops, Foot massage center and handicraft shops. There is also a night market.

Teratai Homestay - How to plan a Wedding?

After the proposal...the wedding have to be planned.
For the X and Y Generations the planning will start about 1 year before the actual Wedding Date.

Pre-Wedding Photoshoot  are usually done before  the Wedding. Nowadays pre wedding photoshoots are usually done overseas namely Melbourne, Perth or even Paris. 
Marriage Registration can be done before the Wedding or During the Wedding Ceremony.

Design Wedding Card/ Invitation Card, arrange to pass card to guest (by Hand or electronic media)

Teratai Homestay - How to use MRT in Kuala Lumpur

The MRT line can be access from the other LRT Lines as follows:
a) Stop at Plaza Rakyat  station and walk to Merdaka station to get on MRT Line
b) Stop at Pasar Seni and get on the MRT Line
c) Stop or Park car at Maluri station on Ampang LRT Line and walk to Maluri MRT Line.
d) Stop at KL Sentral using the Monorail or Kelana Jaya LRT  and walk to Muzium Negara MRT line from KL Sentral. Entry point is at CIMB and Starbucks at KL Sentral.

Shopping areas with MRT Line stations are as follows:
a) Stop at Bandar Utama MRT station, cut across into TV3 building and walk to 1 Utama
Shopping Mall.
b) Stop at Maluri MRT station and walk to AEON shopping Mall and Velocity Shopping Mall.
c) Stop at Cochrane MRT station and walk to IKEA Cheras/ MyTown Shopping Mall
d) Stop at Pavillion MRT station and walk to Pavillion/Lot 10/ Sungei Wang/Bukit Bintang Area.
 (nearest exit to Pavillion is infront of  Zara, then use underpass in Fahrenheit Building to go into Pavillion Food Republic)
e) Stop at Muzium Negara MRT station and walk to NU Sentral Shopping Mall which located in KL Sentral.
