At the Jusco Traffic light proceed to the next traffic light (you can see the Atmosphere Mall under consstruction here) and turn right and then turn left again into Jalan KP1/1. (Tenaga small power station is located at this junction.)Do not turn left into Jalan KP2/1. Go straight and slow down as the Road curve and turn right into Jalan KP 1/2. Then look for 2-storey semi-D house with number 41.

Homestay Living in a Semi Detached Double storey House is located at Kota Perdana, Seri Kembangan. The place is peaceful and comfortable. Kota Perdana is 2 mins from Jaya Jusco Taman Equine, 5 mins to Seri Kembangan town, 15 mins to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Puchong.

The KL rapid bus U432 will take you to KTM Serdang (Train station) and take KTM to KL Sentral. You can wait for U432 at Petronas Station opposite Jaya Jusco Taman Equine. U432 also take you to TUDM Sungai Besi where you can take KTM or Star LRT to Kuala Lumpur City Center. KTM also can take you to Putrajaya. ELR will take you to KL International Airport (KLIA).

When coming from Cyber jaya of Putrajaya, heads towards Puchong. Before reaching the Puchong Toll turn Right to Serdang/Seri kembangan. If you are coming from Puchong, then pay and pass the Puchong Toll, proceed and turn Left towards Serdang/Seri Kembangan.
At the first traffic light turn left and do another left into Jalan KP1/1 (Tenaga substation). Proceed and look out for Jalan KP1/2 on your Rightside. Turn into the road, Jalan KP1/2 and look for Number Forty One.

If you are coming from Seri Kembangan Town or Jaya Jusco Taman Equine, drive pass the Petronas Station and come to a Traffic Light. Turn Right at the Traffic light and do another Left turn into Jalan KP 1/1 where there is a Tenaga sub station at the junction. Proceed along KP1/1 and look for Jalan KP 1/2 on your right. Turn right into KP1/2 and look for number 41 where Teratai Homestay is located. Teratai Homestay - Just like Home.

How to get to the Teratai Homestay - Suria Apartment,Taman Kinrara,Puchong?
After arriving at KLIA you can take the following routes:
1. You can buy a ticket from the taxi booth at KLIA and the taxi will take you to the homestay.
or
2. You can take a bus to KL sentral and then buy a taxi ticket at the taxi booth at KL Sentral. Then the taxi will take you to teratai homestay in Taman Kinrara section 4, Puchong.
or
3. You can take a ERL(high speed train from KLIA to KL Sentral) then buy a taxi coupon at the taxi booth at KL Sentral. The taxi will then take you to the homestay.

Please inform the taxi driver to take you to Suria Apartment,Taman Kinrara, Puchong. The homestay is behind the Caltex petrol station at the Kinrara Interchange at KESAS Highway. Turn right into the road beside the Caltex. Then proceed till the end and you will arrive at the guard house of Suria Apartment.

If the taxi is coming from Old Klang Road,then ask the taxi driver to turn into Jalan Puchong. After the Bintang Supermarket, turn right at the 2nd Traffic light leading to KESAS Highway. Proceed till you come to the traffic light at the Caltex station. Turn left at the traffic light and follow the road till the end. You will reach the guard house at Suria Apartment.

Teratai Homestay 2 - Taman Kinrara Section 4

Teratai Homestay 2 is located at Pangsapuri Suria,Taman Kinrara Section 4, Puchong which is behind the Caltex station near the Kinrara Interchange @KESAS Highway. You can also take Jalan Puchong and turn left at 2nd traffic light after Bintang Supermarket(turning to Highway) coming from Old Klang Road,KL. Before you reach the Caltex station, do turn left into the road which is just next to the Caltex station, follow the road till the end and arrive at the Pangsapuri Suria guard house.

The place has a bus stand in front of the guard house. The bus will take you to the KL Sentral and the opposite direction bus will take you to IOI Mall, Puchong. Nearby the Apartments are  2 rows of shoplots which have mini market, restaurant, mamak shop, hair saloon and sundry shop.
