The place is suitable for Family outings, Group stay, Business Trip/Assignment, Relatives or School excursion. You can rent the whole House or you can rent by room if your group is small. Direction to the Teratai Homestay in Kota Perdana is as follows:

If you are coming from Seri Kembangan town, do pass the Jusco Traffic light along the Main Road (Jalan Putra Permai) and go to the next traffic light (after pass Esso petrol station). The traffic light which is opposite the Selangor Pasar Borong(Wholesale Market). Here turn Right and the take a 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.

If you are coming from Puchong, turn Left after the Puchojng Toll into Serdang and turn Left at the first traffic light. Then take a 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.

If you are coming from Putrajaya or Cyberjaya, Turn Right into Serdang. At the first traffic light turn Left. Then take 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.
